A couple of years ago, I decided that it would be a good idea to use a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to help me keep track of the venues that I work with, and to help me in my efforts to get more work by promoting myself to these venues. I also wanted a central place where I could keep all records of marketing activities, and any communication with current—and potential—clients. I also wanted some of my marketing activites to be automated, so I didn't have to write the same e-mails over and over again.
I started to look around at commercially-available and free software to do this, but I quickly come to the conclusion that they were all way too complicated, and aimed more towards traditional businesses.
I wanted something that was specifically aimed at the particular challenges a working musician faces. None existed, so I wrote one myself!
I found this software so useful that I decided it would be a good idea to offer this to my fellow musicians. MusoCRM was born.
MusoCRM has been re-written from the ground up to provide the same service to any musician. No software has to be installed, it can be accessed from anywhere, and all this for a reasonable monthly fee.
MusoCRM is currently in final testing, and will be released soon with a special introductory subscription price and a free, no-obligation trial!
I look forward to serving my fellow musicians!
